EDT in Tallaght

Essential Driver Training (EDT) in Tallaght is a mandatory programme designed to provide new drivers with the fundamental skills and knowledge required for safe driving. The EDT programme consists of twelve one-hour lessons, each focusing on different aspects of driving, from basic manoeuvres to more advanced techniques.

Our instructors use a specially issued logbook to monitor your progress and provide feedback, helping you to continuously improve. Additionally, we encourage practice outside of formal lessons with a Sponsor, an experienced driver who can support your learning journey.
